Has Life Escaped Me?

He had just saved her from a fire in her house, rescuing her by carrying her out of the house into her front yard, while he continued to fight the fire. She is pregnant. When he finally got done putting the fire out, he sat down to catch his breath and rest. A photographer from the Charlotte, North Carolina newspaper, "The Observer," noticed her in the distance looking at the fireman. He saw her walking straight toward the fireman and wondered what she was going to do. As he raised his camera, she came up to the tired man who had saved her life and the lives of her babies, and kissed him, just as the photographer snapped this photograph.

Well Belle, I do know what you mean. I guess I a few that you could tell as well, but somehow I think that yours might be just a bit funnier than the one or two you may have on me. I guess I could start with the one of your purse in a paper box with the cop standing there. I will let you finish telling that one.....lol

Well, after much debate, I have chosen to join all of the fine folks here at Blogstream. Not entirely certain how to start this, but will say that a certain ^Belle^ has written several, ok, many things of us and me over the past months she has been here. I must first, in advance, apologize to those that are faint of heart or may have tender ears. This I say, because I have been known to make young girls squeal and mature women blush by being direct and calling a duck a duck when I see it. I am very politically incorrect, and even more intolerant of such foolishness. Don't believe me? Just ask ^Belle^. Am sure she could relay a thing or two for you to ponder on my thoughts of political rubbish. As for the ^Belle^, well just read the 100 things about me and you should get a very clear picture of my feelings for her. As for as the rest of the world, well, lets just say that all is not fine as some tend to believe. Sorry, already getting off on my military rants and raves. Will save that for another time. Anyway, things here in the big wide, wide world are going pretty well and are looking even brighter as I sit here, or maybe just the end of my 12 hour night shift. Maybe so, the sun is rising....lol Yes, I do have a few good stories of the ^Belle^. Some of which you have heard of already and a few more yet to be told. Anyway, I must go for duty calls, or maybe sleep, not sure. Be well and Be safe.

Almost forgot my manners. Thanks to everyone for the warm greeting. And to all a "Hello and Greetings" to you as well. Hopefully I won't make the Belle 
too much. I do have a few good stories of her "Lucy" moments though. We talked of a few tonight on the phone. I must admit there are some that are better left unsaid here so I will try to keep it somewhat discreet for her. If you know what I mean. 
Well, I was told I needed an icon, so here it is. May change from time to time. Something new every now and then keeps people wondering. Make em' wonder what will be next. Just that kind of guy. Ask Belle.....
